Vestry
The vestry meets on the third Monday of the month.
We have a clear understanding that parish ministry is a partnership between laity and clergy. Therefore, our vestry consists of seven members, two wardens - and our priest. Each vestry member is a liaison to or a chair of some commission or program area. Vestry meetings are held the third Monday of every month and a retreat is held annually. Vestry members and wardens can serve a maximum of six years in each category. Current Vestry are listed below, along with their areas of responsibility or job titles:
- Maureen Carter (2012) - to be determined
- Lance Davis, Jr. ( ) - to be determined
- Helen DeMond (2011) - to be determined
- Terry Gogerty (2012) - to be determined
- Kristin Henson (2011) - to be determined

Deputies to District 3 Convocation
St. Paul's and five other churches are part of District 3, one of ten districts that comprise the Diocese of Newark. The division of the diocese into districts serves the dual purpose of allowing it to do ministry through larger administrative units than the typical parish, and simultaneously allowing individual parishes to undertake activities that they could not field on their own.
