Vestry
The vestry meets monthly.
We have a clear understanding that parish ministry is a partnership between laity and clergy. Therefore, our vestry consists of nine members, two wardens - and our priest. Each vestry member is responsible for a program area of the church. Vestry meetings are held monthly and a retreat is held annually. Vestry members and wardens can serve a maximum of six years in each category. Current Vestry are listed below, along with their areas of responsibility or job titles:
- Christopher Kuriakose, Class of 2014 - Robert Poetsch, Class of 2013 - Steve Houde, Class of 2013 - Lance Davis, Jr., Class of 2013 - Maureen Carter, Class of 2012 - Alethia Stone, Class of 2012 - Terry Gogerty, Class of 2012

Deputies to District 3 Convocation
St. Paul's and five other churches are part of District 3, one of ten districts that comprise the Diocese of Newark. The division of the diocese into districts serves the dual purpose of allowing it to do ministry through larger administrative units than the typical parish, and simultaneously allowing individual parishes to undertake activities that they could not field on their own.
- Susan Fuller, Bob Sullivan
